In our office we provide non surgical periodontal treatment for periodontal disease. In addition to scaling and root planning and local delivery antimicrobials,\u00a0we are also providing the latest conservative periodontal therapy that uses a soft tissue laser. The diode laser gently disinfects the tissue. The laser treatment interrupts the bacterial destruction of the tissue and bone and gives the gingival pocket a chance to heal.
